D1: Kicking off #noco30d Challenge
On Why betting against yourself can really help in learning anything new.
We human beings are irrational and it’s a well documented fact. We tend to believe that we are all rational human beings capable of making great decisions at every moment in our lives but going through history, it teaches us a lot more that humans have not evolved in one specific area which is: Loss aversion.
It is thought that the pain of losing is psychologically about twice as powerful as the pleasure of gaining.
As humans we all have loss aversion so we will push it hard. It is not a big loss in terms of $ but still this loss will hurt us and push in the right direction. Hence the challenge is designed on this behaviour and to push you and learn about nocode 🙈
You pay a fixed amount of $ and commit to learning about nocode for the 30days. If you finish it, you will get back paid $, if not it’s donated back to charity!
So far we’ve had 8+ people signing up for the challenge.
